Joining this site was one of the coolest things I did when I was abroad. You can “surf” other people’s couches and depending on your host, he or she can be your local tour guide for a while. It’s quite exciting, and I had 2 positive experiences with it—1 in Barcelona, and another in Budapest.
It’s cool to see people who are hosts in Stockton. It’s nice to know that there are people who are interested in traveling and meeting new people even in my hometown!
